How hard can it be to have a "Make an Appointment" option on your home screen?????

I’ve never had a bad experience. The girls there know me as a frequent customer. I typically use Gabby, Maura, Ashley, or Julz and have never had an issue. They are always friendly, thorough, and quick. I appreciate their hard work and efforts to make my visit enjoyable

Absolute Horse 🐎 ****.....went in put my name on list about a 24 min wait....came back was up next 3 min wait Noelle and Ashley were cleaning up and I was Skipped by Both as I was on Noelle’s List....Ashley had no list just 4 waiting for next Available....Noelle took someone else🤔when I asked Ashley she told me it was family 🤫........none of these people were on list or in store when I put my name on list......use locations in Jersey and Vegas and will never go back.....So Poorly Run 🏃‍♀️ where is Mgmt....Why have a list if not gonna use it.....Feel bad for the Stylists as I’m never less than a 20% Tip Min....Oh well and I never write a review that’s how annoying this was‼️‼️‼️‼️😒😡‼️‼️‼️...Visited 7-6-18...3:30ish
